Olympic medal winner Heidi Krieger is now Andreas Kreiger. He says that his coaches gave him steroids without his knowledge, so many that it began to change his body and outlook on life. He eventually underwent a full sex change operation and is now married.

Noticed your comment on PZs blog about the size of that symbol. If you right click and choose 'View image', you'll see that it is actually quite large. Right click that image and 'Save image as...'.
Hope that made sense.
